Adult Swimming Courses
Swimming is more than just a sport – it’s a lifestyle and a sense of security in the water.
I want to introduce adult swimming courses as a learning journey, not simply as a workout! These courses provide a safe and supportive environment where you can develop your swimming skills at your own pace. And swimming offers so much more than just the ability to swim! It can improve your aerobic fitness, endurance, full-body strength, coordination, and overall well-being. To help you find the best swimming experience for your needs, you can choose between three different levels.
Beginner Course: Let’s Get Comfortable in the Water!
The goal of the beginner course is not athletic performance, but building confidence in the water. It’s never too late to set yourself new goals! Together, we’ll overcome your fear of water and learn how to breathe correctly while swimming. All further swimming skills and efficient movement through the water are built on proper breathing.
Intermediate Course: Let’s Refine Your Technique!
The intermediate course is designed for swimmers who have mastered the basic skills and already feel confident in the water. In this group, we focus on developing the technique of different swimming strokes and making your swimming smoother and more efficient. If you want to improve your technique at a comfortable pace, learn new skills, and build greater confidence in the water, this course is for you!
Masters Swimming: Challenge Yourself and Train with a Motivating Group!
Masters swimming is designed for more advanced swimmers who want to train with greater volume and intensity. It’s a great fit if your goal is to improve your swimming fitness, participate in competitions, or prepare for a triathlon, for example. During the sessions, we focus on technique, endurance, and speed development.
Private Swimming Lessons
A swimming pool is a completely different environment from a traditional training facility. During a private lesson, the coach’s full attention is focused on you, allowing for a personalized approach, immediate feedback, and faster progress. It is also one of the best ways to overcome specific challenges and obstacles.
Private swimming lessons are available for learners of all ages, starting from 3 years old.
Swimming often receives particular attention during the first years of school, as swimming is part of the physical education curriculum in many schools. However, sometimes a child may benefit from an extra boost in their swimming development — and private lessons are a great way to provide exactly that!
Swimming Video Analysis
If you prefer to train independently at a time that suits you, but would still like a professional assessment of your swimming technique, video analysis is the perfect solution for you.
Send me a video of your swimming, and I’ll provide you with a detailed analysis along with a personalized action plan to help you correct any technical issues and improve your swimming.
Video analysis and training plan packages are priced individually, as the scope of the service can vary depending on your needs and preferences.
Not sure where to start?
