What our people have said

“I really like that your lessons are always well thought out and that you come with a clear plan and structure, rather than just making things up on the spot. It’s also great when you write the training plan down so I can easily follow along.”

Ilona L.

“The training session you led for our group was genuinely one of the best workouts I’ve ever attended. Thank you to you and the whole group! I really think this type of training fills a gap that has been missing in the market.”

Tauri L.

“You’re such a calm and friendly coach, and you always come up with different exercises that really help take the stress out of being in the water. Once beginners like me learn how to swim, it really opens up a whole new world!”

Kadiliis K.

Who are the adult swimming courses for?

Our swimming courses are designed for everyone, because swimming is an essential life skill! In our booking system, you’ll find beginner swimming courses, advanced training sessions, and Masters training for competitive swimmers.

Your age and current swimming ability don’t matter — everyone can find a group that suits them.

Who are private swimming lessons for?

Private swimming lessons are suitable for clients of all ages and skill levels who are looking for a personalized approach. With one-on-one instruction, progress is often faster and more focused. Children of all ages are also welcome to join!

Can I join the course if I’m afraid of water and can’t swim at all?

The only thing you need to get started is the desire to improve your swimming skills! On our beginner course, we take things at a comfortable pace, starting with getting used to the water and, if needed, overcoming any fears. Proper breathing is the foundation of learning to swim, so we take our time to master it as well.

How do I choose the right level for me?

The Beginner Course is a great fit if you still feel unsure in the water or prefer to swim with your head above the water. In this group, we gradually get you comfortable in the water and learn the basic techniques of front crawl and backstroke.

The Advanced Group is for you if you already feel confident in the water and can swim front crawl and backstroke. Putting your face in the water is no longer an issue, so you can focus on developing your breathing rhythm and improving your swimming technique.

Masters Swimming Training is designed for more advanced swimmers who want to train with greater volume and intensity. It’s a good choice if your goal is to improve your swimming fitness, participate in competitions, or prepare for a triathlon. During the sessions, we focus on technique, endurance, and speed development.

How large are the groups?

Groups are limited to 8 participants to ensure that everyone receives personalized feedback on their swimming technique.

How long does one training session last?

Each training session lasts 60 minutes. For private lessons, the duration can be adjusted to be shorter or longer by agreement.

How do I register?

You can easily register through the Hopitude booking system. If you have any additional questions, you can also book a swimming lesson by email or phone HERE.

When booking through Hopitude, you can pay for your training session right away by selecting the package that suits you best.

What should I bring to my swimming lesson?

Please bring your swimwear, towel, flip-flops, and swimming goggles. If you have long hair, a swim cap can also make swimming more comfortable.

The difference between 45- and 60-minute private lessons

You may be wondering when it would be better to choose a 45-minute private lesson. This can be a particularly good option for younger children, as they tend to get tired quickly in the water. For children aged 3–5, I recommend considering a 45-minute lesson.

All lessons are listed as 60-minute sessions in the booking system, but if you would prefer a shorter lesson, just let us know and we’ll find a suitable solution!
